Established since 2006 Bodia has started its activities by opening sheltering cocoon Spas in Siem  Reap and Phnom Penh offering an authentic vision of relaxation in a modern designed Spa  (www.bodia-spa.com). Nowadays, Bodia is a network of 7 Spas in Cambodia (4 locations in Phnom Penh & 3 locations in  Siem Reap) dispensing quality treatments and offering therapist training to other spas, hotels and  extending its services to franchise opening. Salary Range: $350 – $500 (Base on experience)

Roles/Job Purposes
The Accountant at BODIA:
– Preparing Purchase Request, Payment Vouchers, Advance Request, so on…
– Ensure the timely & accurately of all transactions recorded into accounting system
– Cooperate and support to others department related to expenses, plan and reports

Key Duties & Responsibilities
– Ensure that all transactions are herewith the supporting documents and follow to the
accounting policy.
– Update cash and cash equivalent on daily basis, and ensure that petty cash of Bodia
SPA(s) are well managed timely and accurately at the end of the day.
– In charge of one/two assistants/Cashiers to ensure well organization
– Timely working environment
– Check, control daily tasks of assistant/Cashier
– Supervise and support Assistant to ensure the accuracy of transaction recorded into
system, AR, and collection.
– Cooperate and support to sales and operation department related to expenses, plan and
reports.

smooth.
– Follow and respect to head department, and business unit manager in order to
comply their good advice with your daily job.

Position: STOCK CONTROLLER | Location: SIEM REAP

Salary Range: 150$ – 200$ 

Role/Job Purpose: 

To be always fully aware of the stock flows in and out in the Products Stock. The stock controller is responsible for receiving RM, prepares them for production and maintains a proper registration on Quickbook for accounting department. Stock Controller is fully responsible for the products security and loss in the warehouse.

Functions & responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and process petty cash, cash advancement, cash transaction with accounting team

  3. Make list products transfer and exchange to Boutique and customer

Scope of work:

The Bodia Wholesales manager is the main representative of Bodia Apothecary in external relationships. His/Her rule is to promote the products to potential customers funneling partners such as hotels, souvenir shops, retail stores, shopping malls, pharmacies… He/She establishes strategic partnerships and monitors the image of the brand through details maintenance and online presence. He/She is one of the key members of the sales team with whom he/ she collaborates on a daily basis.

1. Management and Operational responsibilities:

  • Sales operations
    • Branding image control and animation.

Constantly control the branding on displays and the selling places proper maintenance in the line of the brand values.

Implement corrective actions and/or training to ensure a constant brand proper representation. Implement the modifications or promotions decided in cooperation with management

  • Ordering follow up

Follow up with partner’s representative about recurrent ordering from clients. Implement planning and strategy to motivate re-ordering.

  • Payment collection

Track invoices and payments within terms. Report to management and accounting team about updates and issues.

  • Performance monitoring

Monitor sales breakdown, promotion performances, and clients’ statistics (foot flow, origin, requests, complaints…) and establish improving strategies. Provide monthly analysis of outcomes of statistics.

  • Clients’ management: Document tracking (invoice, stock lists…), storage devices at client’s premises. Negotiate and treat open issues with clients such as special promotions or discounts, expired products return and/or replacement, loss and/or damaged products. Specific notice for consignment customers: establish a contract for every new consignment customer, check stock on hand, and close the balance monthly.
  • Sales prospection/boutique opening
    • Find constantly new customers in Phnom Penh, Kampot, Kep, Sihanoukville area, follow up with every potential customer reporting weekly and monthly to the sales manager.
    • Constantly update personal local network by making friendly calls and meeting with the existing pool of customers, attending events, and meeting relevant industry people across the region.
  • Budget management
    • Marketing & decoration

Maintain the identity and level of customer marketing display while controlling promotion material budget (kakemonos, tags, decorations, etc…)

  • Customers’ operational budget:

Supervise and optimize expenses for customers such as FOC and gifts.

  1. Human Resources responsibilities:

By closely managing its team, the Wholesale manager ensures that all tasks are securely handled to ensure the expected sales performance, staff security, satisfaction and compliance, and above all, client information and satisfaction.

  • Recruitment:

The wholesale manager should be in charge to follow up on the recruitment process with Bodia’s admin department. Job description writing, recruitment process, interviews, etc…

  • Training (store supervisor, seller, and customers vendor):

The wholesale manager is in charge of training the customer-vendor regarding the products themselves but also the selling technics.

  • Admin & Bonus management:

Keep administrative documentation up to date (job descriptions, flow chart, holidays, or purchases request…).

The bonus should be calculated every month by Wholesales manager for each staff under his/ her watch. He/she should also bring advice about the incentives policy to adjust it as best as possible to the company & staff’s common benefit and motivation.

Candidate profile:

The qualified candidate will have the following experience;

Scope of work:
The Quality Supervisor/Manager and his/her team members (2pax) aim to guarantee the standard level of Bodia products, infrastructures and equipment according to local and international regulation.
He / She also overlook the global security of employees in Bodia premises.
Functions & responsibilities:

Quality Supervisor/Manager, (under the supervision of the Factory Manager and the R&D Manager if necessary), supports proper application and compliance of the standards:
– ISO (22716), Good Manufacturing Process (GMP)
– Local Ministries and institutions
His/her main achievement resides in guaranteeing
– Safe and organized working environment for Bodia employees
– Proper and efficient training on procedures.
– Adequate regulation application that results in certification validation or renewal every year.
More detailed actions:
– Supervising and ensuring the application of all the internal rules and procedures of Bodia’s factory by all the employees
– Writing or updating and then implementing the needed procedures SOP (Quality control, production line, storage conditions in stocks, etc.)
– Producing adequate report to follow up key indicators and implement corrective actions when needed (internal audit).
– Participate/conduct proper training to all implicated members in order to achieve quality targets.
– Cooperating with institutions or companies in order to perform relevant inspections and maintenance work

DUTIES: 

Store supervisor is in charge of ensuring proper sales performances in one dedicated store by closely controlling and correcting the actions of sellers.

Implement corrective actions to ensure a constant brand proper representation. Implement the modifications or promotions decided in cooperation with management (Information tags, kakemonos, price tags, decorations etc…).

  • Stock supervision

Being responsible and manage properly the stock by checking inventory, expiry dates, tester and ordering stock following the initial one previously set up by retail manager. Daily cleaning and inventory are required. 

  • Performance monitoring

Monitor sales breakdown, promotion performances, clients’ statistics (foot flow, origin, requests, complains…). Provide weekly and monthly report following template reports set up by retail manager.

  • Keep track of boutiques premises related contracts and bills by passing all to accounting department: rental, electricity, water, internet, expenses etc…

Role/Job Purpose: 

The main purposes of the Purchasing and Stock Assistant are:

  • To assist Purchasing Manager in local and international logistics and financial process and to help maintain our supply inventory levels and negotiate deals with potential suppliers, and to make sure all materials requested by RM Stock and Production are on time available.
  • To be always fully aware of the stock flows in and out in the Raw Material (RM) warehouse. The stock assistant is responsible for receiving RM, prepares them for production and maintains a proper registration on Quickbook for accounting department. Stock Controller is fully responsible for the products security and loss in the warehouse.

Functions & responsibilities:

  1. Purchase RM requested by RM Stock Controller and Production Team
  2. Prepare and process petty cash, cash advancement, cash transaction with accounting team
  3. Build a good relation with various vendors/ suppliers and prepare purchasing contract if necessary

Scope of work & Mission:

In 2022 both activities Bodia Spa & Bodia Cambodian Apothecary will meet the challenge to reborn from the COVID19 by supervising the reconstruction of the Bodia activities.

Functions & responsibilities:

  • Strategic & operational reconstruction

In coordination with Bodia Management board, the BRM will have to redefine and implement a new achievable business plan for bodia activities in Siem Reap.

BRM will supervise existing operational team in order to implement Marketing & communication strategies to achieve the business plan.

As the main representative of the brand in SR area, BRM shall settle or restart key partnerships (B2B or B2C) in order to achieve business plan and ensure the perennity of Bodia activities in the future.

  • Human Resources

  • Project management

DUTIES

SCOPE OF WORK:
The Bodia Sale Executive will assist the Whole Sales Manager on promoting and selling Bodia products. She/He will maintain and develop good relationship customers in order to increase sale and reach monthly target.

– Branding Image Control: Constantly control the branding on displays. Implement corrective actions and / or training to ensure a constant brand proper representation. Implement the modification  decided in cooperation with management.

– Sales Follow Up: Follow up with partner’s representative about the current ordering from clients. Stock must be counted every week or received by email in order to push the customer to order frequently. Implement strategy to motivate re-ordering.

– Payment Collection: The sales executive tracks invoices and payment within terms. He must report to management team and accounting about payment issues.

1.Management and Operational responsibilities:

Retail Manager is in charge of ensuring proper sales performances across Bodia dedicated stores in Phnom Penh by closely controlling and correcting the actions of his sales team members.
