Customer relation Manager
Contract Duration:
1 year contract with 3-month probationary period renewable to unlimited duration contract
Location:
Phnom Penh (national mobility required)
Reporting to:
Bodia Spa Business Unit Manager & Bodia General Manager
Multisite management:
5 Spas in Phnom Penh
2 Spas in Siem reap
Package:
- Basic salary : $ 700 gross salary based on experience
- Bonus : 20 % basic gross salary bonus based on performance and quarterly

Main Mission:
We are seeking a passionate and analytical Customer Relation Manager to join our team. This key position focuses on building, nurturing, and optimizing customer relationships to ensure personalized experiences and long-term loyalty.
The ideal candidate will combine empathy, strategic thinking, and data management skills to understand our customers’ needs, behaviors, and preferences — turning insights into meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
- Coordinate with online and offline data collection to manage and continuously update customer databases to ensure accuracy and segmentation relevance.
- Analyze client data to identify:
- Top-tier and loyal customers
- Customers with declining engagement
- Clients who do not align with Bodia’s ethical and behavioral standards.
- Develop strategies to increase retention, re-engagement, and satisfaction across all customer segments.
- Understand each customer’s journey — where they come from, their visit frequency, purchase history, and service preferences — to propose personalized experiences and targeted offers.
- Collaborate with Spa Managers, Sales team and Marketing teams to design tailored programs and communications based on client profiles.
- Monitor feedback, reviews, and complaints to ensure excellence in guest relations and continuous improvement.

- Manage trip advisor
- Uphold and promote Bodia’s values of respect, integrity, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Project Management
- Identify, propose, and implement a digital system for secure storage, analysis, and utilization of customer data to enhance CRM efficiency and insights.
- Lead the development of a monthly subscription program offering exclusive benefits and services for loyal customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Spa Operations) to ensure smooth deployment and user adoption of new digital tools.
- Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and propose continuous improvements to align with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations in all client data management processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relations, CRM, or guest management — ideally in the wellness, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in CRM or database tools.
- Experience in managing digital transformation or customer experience projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Khmer and English (Chinese or French is a plus).
- Deep understanding of customer psychology and service personalization.
- Strong sense of ethics and alignment with Bodia’s values.
