Main Mission:

We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and detail-oriented Retail & Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our team.
This role bridges design, retail operations, and brand experience, ensuring that Bodia’s visual identity is consistently and beautifully expressed across all stores and points of sale.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, adapting, and implementing merchandising displays and sales materials, while ensuring flawless execution in-store through regular follow-up and coordination with field teams.
A strong sense of practicality and manual know-how is essential — the ideal candidate not only designs but also understands how things are built, assembled, and optimized for cost, feasibility, and long-term durability.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising

  • Design and adapt product displays, shelves, and promotional areas in line with Bodia’s brand guidelines.
  • Develop and update planograms and visual merchandising guidelines for boutiques, spas, and partner outlets.
  • Experiment with materials and techniques to prototype and build display elements when needed.
  • Ensure that all display solutions are realistic, cost-efficient, and easy to install across different retail environments.
  • Work closely with the design and marketing teams to create engaging in-store visuals and communication tools (posters, signage, price tags, shelf talkers, etc.).
  • Maintain the aesthetic coherence and quality of all retail touchpoints, from product arrangement to lighting and signage.

Sales Material Development

  • Regularly update sales supports (catalogues, price lists, product sheets, display materials) for use by stores and sales teams.
  • In coordination with Marketing team, adapt or create point-of-sale materials for new product launches, promotions, or seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure that all visual supports are aligned with the brand’s identity and storytelling.

Implementation & Follow-up

  • Coordinate with store managers and regional teams to ensure correct installation and maintenance of all displays.
  • Conduct regular store visits (or photo audits) to check visual compliance and identify improvement areas.
  • Collect field feedback to enhance the retail experience and optimize product presentation.

Project Management

  • Oversee the design and production of new merchandising tools and display systems.
  • Plan and manage the rollout of new store layouts or seasonal installations.
  • Supervise suppliers and artisans, ensuring realistic design execution within given budgets and deadlines.
  • Track costs and ensure all projects respect Bodia’s sustainability and material standards.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.

·       Minimum 2–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail coordination, or brand activation (experience in cosmetics or lifestyle brands is a plus).

·       Practical understanding of materials, carpentry, and display construction — being resourceful and hands-on is essential.

·       Strong sense of aesthetics, spatial design, and attention to detail.

·       Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch up or equivalent design tools.

·       Excellent organizational and project management skills.

·       Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

·       Fluent in English (Khmer or French is a plus).

Why Join Us?

At Bodia, you’ll join a passionate, multicultural team dedicated to offering authentic well-being experiences rooted in Cambodian heritage. We value creativity, initiative, and genuine care for our customers and community.
